Examinations
Notice to Students
Students will be aware that the Law Society
has now introduced the Standard Conditions of Sale (Fifth Edition)
as the standard form of Contract which is used in residential
conveyancing transactions.
ILEX would like to notify students that until
June 2012 the Unit 17 Conveyancing assessment will be based on the
terms contained in the Standard Conditions of Sale (Fourth Edition)
and from June 2012 onwards on the terms contained in the Standard
Conditions of Sale (Fifth edition).
