• explain the requirements of the pre-action protocol ie initial instruction, claim form, particulars of claim, letter of claim, forms of authority, conditional fee agreements
• select and explain the most appropriate court system depending on individual circumstances and the value of a case eg small claims, fast-track, multi track.
