Multiple-choice Tests
In order for a candidate to achieve the full
Award/Certificate/Diploma in Legal Studies qualification or the
Level 2/3 Diploma for Legal Secretaries qualification with the
Legal Studies option, a multiple-choice test needs to be
passed.
The multiple-choice test is on-line and on demand ie no
specified dates therefore a candidate will need to discuss with
their tutor when they feel ready to take the test.
Once the candidate has agreed on the date for
the test, the tutor will register the candidate with
City & Guilds.
The candidate has one hour to answer
thirty multiple-choice questions which are based on The
Legal Environment unit.
