Paralegal Qualifications
If you want to become a qualified paralegal, why not
choose the UK's leading range of paralegal training?
Basic Qualifications
If you have not studied law before, but wish to start a legal
career, choose the Level 2
Award/Certificate/Diploma in Legal Studies
qualification. This is set and assessed at equivalent to a
GCSE level. The course provides you with the underpinning
knowledge which will help you in your day-to-day work and will also
allow you to progress onto the ILEX route to becoming a
lawyer. The qualification is divided into units and is
examined by assignments and a multiple-choice test. This
qualification is available through a network of centres accredited
by City & Guilds.
A-Level Qualifications
For more confident students, ILEX offers the Level 3 Certificate in Law and Legal
Practice. This provides a short but rounded
qualification in Law and Legal Practice. This is a modular course
so you can choose from a variety of areas of the law which interest
you. You need to complete 5 topics. After that, you may wish to go
on to study the first stage of becoming a legal executive lawyer
with the ILEX Level 3
Professional Diploma in Law and Practice.
