Legal Secretary Qualifications

In September 1994, ILEX introduced four new qualifications; the Certificate for Legal Secretaries, the Diploma for Legal Secretaries, the Certificate in Vocational Paralegal Studies (now known as the Award/Certificate/Diploma in Legal Studies) and the Diploma in Vocational Paralegal Studies.

In April 2004, due to the increased demand, ILEX entered into collaboration with the City & Guilds Group whereby they assumed responsibility for the administration of the four qualifications and to date, that collaboration has proved very successful.
