Examination Regulations
All CILEx examination candidates must abide by
the CILEx examination regulations. The regulations governing the
different CILEx qualfications are set out below and are sent out to
candidates with the examination admission permits.
Any breaches of these regulations may result
in an investigation by CILEx. The outcome of the investigation
could involve a candidate’s script being declared void and further
disciplinary action being taken in accordance with CILEx’s
regulations.
