Are you the next Legal Executive Judge?

You may already know that ILEX Fellows are eligible for many posts within the judiciary? Currently these include Deputy District Judge, District Judge and Tribunal Chairman.

With the aim of equiping you with the neccesary information on applying for judicial appointments ILEX and the Judicial Appointments Commission (JAC) are holding two workshops in the North and South of England.

The workshops aim to inform you about;

  • what it takes to be a judge - the reality of life as a judge
  • what to expect from the application process
  • the use of workshadowing schemes
  • your future career prospects.
