Top Lawyer gains award for customer service

Stephen Gowland, founder of ILS Solicitors, has been awarded Star Radio’s “Excellence in Customer Service” award, it was announced. 

Stephen, aged 39 who lives in Durham, said “I’m delighted to receive this award on behalf of my company.  It reflects the hard work and expertise we offer in getting people the right legal service for their needs.”

This award constitutes a second celebration for ILS Solicitors this year, as Stephen has also been chosen to be the Vice President Elect of ILEX (the Institute of Legal Executives), the national body representing Legal Executive lawyers across England and Wales.
