Applications to the Legal Services Board
IPS is working to develop applications
for additional practice rights for ILEX members.
If the applications are successful they will
increase the range of regulated activities that members may
undertake.
Applications had been made for the following rights, which were
withdrawn so that IPS could develop the applications further:

to conduct litigation; and
·
to provide probate services;
The following application had been made and
approved by the Legal Services Board:
· rights of audience and rights to conduct
litigation for Associate Prosecutors.
