For employers
This section provides information for employers and prospective
employers of ILEX members. It includes information that might
be sought by legal practices and by organisations where members are
employed in legal departments, which might be commercial or
government organisations. Information includes the range of
work that members may undertake and the models of practice that
members may work in.
Information is provided about the range of work that members can
undertake. it also explains the action an employer should
take if they wish to bring a matter relating to the conduct of an
ILEX member to the attention of IPS.
IPS publishes disciplinary orders made against members.
