For employers
This section provides information for
employers and prospective employers of ILEX members. It
includes information that might be required by legal practices and
organisations where ILEX members are employed. The
information includes the range of work that ILEX members may
undertake and the models of practice that members may work in.
This section sets out standards expected of
ILEX members and also explains the action an employer should take
if they wish to bring a matter relating to the conduct of an ILEX
member to the attention of IPS.
IPS publishes disciplinary orders made against
members. Any employer or prospective employer is able to
check the record of a member here.
