Misconduct
Mrs Williams dishonestly appropriated money belonging to her employing firm, during the course of her employment, and retained it for her own use.
Outcome
Mrs Williams admitted the misconduct and a determination by consent was agreed between IPS and Mrs Williams.
Penalty
Mrs Williams was excluded from membership of ILEX for a minimum period of two years.
