Charges

The charge against Mr Glenn Paul Ward of
Horsford, Norwich, was that on the 7 December 1993 he had been
convicted upon his own admission by Norwich Magistrates upon 8
counts of having certain obscene articles for publication or gain
contrary to Section 2 of the Obscene Publications Act 1959 (as
amended).
