The charge against Andrea Saul of Purston was
that Mrs Saul failed to declare to ILEX that a County Court
Judgment had been recorded against a member and that she failed to
conduct herself in her professional life in such a manner as to
avoid bringing disrepute upon the Institute or its members or doubt
being cast upon her professional integrity contrary to paragraph
1(1) of the Code of Conduct of the Institute of Legal
Executives.
The particulars to this charge were that Mrs
Saul failed to comply with the terms of the County Court Judgment
made against her.
