Complaint

The complaint against Mr Probert was that he
had continued to act on behalf of a client in the preparation of a
will which included a legacy in his favour even though the client
had refused to obtain independent legal advice, contrary to the
Solicitors Code of Conduct 2007 and thereby the IPS Code of
Conduct.
