Charge

The charge against Mrs Carmichael
was that on 28 April 2009 she was convicted on
indictment (upon her own confession) in the Crown Court at Reading
upon four counts of being knowingly concerned in a fraudulent
activity with a view to obtaining payment on a tax credit, for each
of which offences she was sentenced on 12 June 2009 to 51 weeks
imprisonment suspended for 18 months
WHEREBY disrepute was brought upon the Institute
or its members.
