Elizabeth Beal of Malton, North Yorkshire,
engaged in conduct unbefitting to a member of the Institute.
The particulars to the charge against Ms Beal
was that she improperly claimed disbursements on files in respect
of legally aided and private clients which could not be justified
during her employment with Denison Till to the value of £3,436.32,
and that an Order had been made against her by the Solicitors
Disciplinary Tribunal pursuant to its powers under Section 43 of
the Solicitors Act 1974.
