The charge against Richard Ian Aston of
Bexley, Kent was that at Maidstone Crown Court on 28 January 1986
he was tried and convicted upon indictment of obtaining property by
deception (6 counts) and on 31 January 1986 was sentenced to 21
months imprisonment concurrent on each count, and thereby brought
disrepute on ILEX.
