Charge

The charge was that on or about 17 June 2009 Prashanth
Nerella and Prasad Neralla, then each being student members of the
Institute in the course of an ILEX professional examination, and
each either acting alone or with another or others presented to
Wimbledon College written work in connection with Unit 4 Land Law
and Unit 9 Civil Litigation which was not wholly his own respective
work WHEREBY disrepute was brought upon ILEX and doubt was cast
upon their integrity.
