IPS consultation responses
IPS regularly responds to consultations issued by other bodies
from the point of view of regulators. ILEX may also respond
to consultations representing the membership interests.
Wherever possible IPS and ILEX will make a joint response.
Members of ILEX who wish to make comments in relation to regulatory
matters should contact IPS. IPS will take those comments into
account in making its response.
