SRA Outcomes-focused regulation
Consultation from the Solicitors Regulation
Authority (SRA) discussing its move to a regulatory approach to
allow it to regulate a greater range of legal service providers
with a targeted, risk-based approach. Outcomes focused
regulation would be introduced at the same time as the framework
permitting alternative business structures (ABS) in October
2011. The consultation closed on 27 July 2010.
