The architecture of change: the SRA’s new Handbook
Consultation from the Solicitors Regulation
Authority (SRA). The consultation represented the first major
step in the practical implementation of Outcomes Focused Regulation
through the development of the SRA Handbook of regulations.
At the same time it introduced the regulatory requirements
for ABSs which the SRA intend to license from October 2011.
The consultation closed on 20 August 2010.
