Consultation from the Solicitors Regulation
Authority (SRA) on the increase in charges for the cost of
investigating complaints of misconduct. The consultation was
the start of a full review of the way the charges are calculated
and the circumstances in which the charges will be applied.
The consultation closed on 30 September 2009. IPS and
ILEX tendered a joint response.
