LSB: Schedule 12 rules
Consultation from the Legal Services Board (LSB) outlining how
the LSB as a Licensing Authority would review decisions about
licence applications made to it by licensable bodies. The
consultation summarised the three grounds on which a licensable
body could make an application to the LSB for a decision about
whether it could apply to the LSB (as a Licensing Authority) for a
licence. The consultation closed on 19 July 2011.
