LSB Further rules relating to the regulation of licensed
bodies
Consultation from the Legal Services Board (LSB). The
consultation contained proposals for a variety of governing rules
relating to ABS including rules on time periods within which
certain information must be provided by external investors into ABS
to the relevant Licensing Authority. The consultation closed
on 21 February 2011.
