of reserved legal activities
Consultation from the Legal Services Board
(LSB) on the development of rules to govern the making of oral and
written representation and the giving of oral and written evidence
to the LSB in relation to investigations to extend or reduce the
scope of reserved legal activities. The consultation closed
on 28 October 2009. IPS and ILEX tendered a joint
response.
