Consultation from the Legal Services Board
(LSB) on proposed rules to be made under Sections 30 and 51 of the
Legal Services Act 2007 in relation to internal governance
arrangements and practising fee rules. The consultation
closed on 30 October 2009. IPS and ILEX tendered a joint
response.
