LSB Increasing diversity and social mobility in the legal workforce: transparency and evidence

 

Consultation from the Legal Services Board (LSB) outlining proposals for all law firms and barristers chambers to gather and publish data about the diversity of their workforce.  The proposals came as part of the LSB’s focus on increasing the diversity of the legal services workforce and ensuring the legal profession is open to prospective lawyers from non traditional backgrounds.  The consultation closed on 9 March 2011.
