LSB designating new Approved Regulators as Licensing Authorities

 

Consultation from the Legal Services Board (LSB) on the development of rules to approve applications for designation as a Licensing Authority.  The consultation primarily dealt with the process of designating an Approved Regulator as a Licensing Authority and provided drafts of the rules the LSB proposed to make to govern the process.  The consultation closed on 12 February 2010.
