LSB designating new approved regulators and approving
rule changes
Consultation from the Legal Services Board
(LSB) on developing rules to approve applications for designation
as an Approved Regulator and to approve changes to the rules of
Approved Regulators. The Consultation sets out the
transitional arrangements that will be put in place to ensure a
smooth handover of the application process from the Ministry of
Justice to the LSB. The Consultation closed on 13 October
2009. IPS and ILEX tendered a joint response.
