LSB compliance and enforcement – statement of
policy
Consultation from the Legal Services Board
(LSB) on its statement of policy on how the LSB will use its
compliance and enforcement powers granted by Section 49 of the
Legal Services Act 2007. The consultation considered the
maximum financial penalty the LSB can impose on an Approved
Regulator. The consultation closed on 26 October 2009.
IPS and ILEX tendered a joint response.
