LeO: Publishing our decisions
Consultation from the Legal Ombudsman (LeO) which sought views
and ideas on how it should approach publishing Ombudsman decisions.
In the paper LeO was considering what sort of information it
would publish and particularly whether it should identify lawyers
and firms when publishing the outcomes of complaint
investigations. The consultation closed on 23 December
2010.
