Board
Consultation from the Council for Licensed
Conveyancers (CLC) discussing its application as an Approved
Regulator to regulate licensed conveyancers in the exercise of the
rights of audience and the conduct of litigation. The
consultation also discussed the CLC seeking an amendment of its
statutory framework so it can license Alternative Business
Structures. The consultation closed on 31 March 2010.
