Legal Executive Advocates
Legal Executive Advocates are ILEX Fellows who have
taken further training to be able to offer a more
comprehensive service to clients - taking their case from
initial advice, through case preparation to presentation
before court .
Advocacy Certificates can be awarded for rights of
audience in the following three areas:
- Criminal proceedings
- Family proceedings
- Civil proceedings
The certificates include rights to appear in Coroners'
Courts.
