ILEX Customer Service
ILEX aims to support, educate and represent
its members throughout their legal career. ILEX has made a
commitment to its members to improve customer services.
In 2010 we embarked on a project, with the help and support of our
staff, to develop a set of new Customer
Service Standards that will help us to continue to understand
your needs and meet your expectations in the most effective and
appropriate way. We welcome and value feedback from members and other
stakeholders.
