ILEX launches new branch in Devon 

The official launch of the new ILEX Devon branch will take place at the offices of Michelmores LLP at Woodwater House, Pynes Hill, Exeter on Saturday 21 November to start at 2.30 pm, when members of the local Legal Profession will be joined by Lord Mayor of Exeter, the President and Chairman of ILEX and the Chief Prosecutor of the Crown Prosecution Service for the local area.

Officers of the new branch were elected in a pre-launch meeting and included Mark Stokes from Hooper & Wollen (Torquay) as Chairman, Alison Starkey of Michelmores LLP (Exeter) as Vice Chair, Emma Strudwick from Rundlewalker (Exeter) as Treasurer and Donna Hart from Hartnell Chanot & Partners (Exeter) as Secretary.

Mark Stokes said: “It is a major coup for the South West that we are able to establish a branch of ILEX covering the whole of Devon. The organisation is widely respected and is acknowledged for the quality of support and training it brings to its members’ career development.”
