Battens welcomes Legal Executive to its board

Leading west country solicitors Battens have confirmed the appointment of four new directors including Robert Randall, a wills and probate specialist and Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, who first joined the firm as an office boy nearly 40 years ago and has worked at Battens’ Yeovil office ever since.

Managing director David Stephens welcomed Robert’s appointment as the first non-solicitor to reach the highest level of the firm. The appointment was made possible by changes made last year in the law governing solicitors’ practices.
