Access to Justice Review - Defending Rights

ILEX were invited by the Law Society to take part in their consultation "Access to Justice Review : Defending Rights".

In undertaking the Review, the Law Society said it is committing itself to working with the Government and the legal profession to create a long-term sustainable future for access to justice provision in England and Wales, with the Report seeking to address the major issues that currently impede access to justice.
