Joint Consultation by the ILEX Professional Standards (IPS), Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and the Bar Standards Board on Advocacy Standards

IPS, the SRA and the BSB are consulting jointly on advocacy standards in criminal proceedings. They would like to hear from practitioners, consumers and stakeholders whether the proposed standards are the right ones to ensure advocates in the criminal courts are able to represent their clients effectively and professionally.
